Work-life Balance and Organisational Commitment among Married Female Nurses

This study aims to measure the work-life balance (WLB) and performance of married female nurses examine mediating role organisational commitment. The current research considers a cross-sectional survey among in Iraqi public hospitals. questionnaires collected data, valid were 219 analysed by Smart-PLS after ensuring validity reliability model. results indicated that WLB significantly impacts their Furthermore, commitment simultaneously partially mediates relation between nurses. Regulating workloads fostering pleasant work environment are crucial lowering job-related stress from excessive workloads. Creating timetable for is improving personal performance.
